I first played Yume Nikki when I was about 14 .. My initial reaction was that I thought it was extremely boring! I can remember that I thought to myself at some point, “Why would anyone play this game? It’s soooo boring ..” It wasn’t until a month later after that I took another look at it again and realized, “Hold on … This is actually really cool ..” I still love it to this day! I adore its wonderful worlds, characters, music, and so on! I find the idea of a dream exploration game to be incredibly interesting as well. Although many people like to call Yume Nikki a horror game .. I actually find it quite comforting. As KIKIYAMA themselves stated, it is a “warm-hearted game.” In conclusion, Yume Nikki is a game that is very special to me and I love it so so very much!!!
